Reporting in

After spending the 2nd and 3rd in bed I started to come back into the realm of the living--back to work Wednesday and started feeling pretty good on Wednesday night. Thursday was not pretty-green again. Started feeling better Thursday night. Sheesh! By the time I headed for Casper on Friday afternoon I was doing a-ok. Brought my brother back down here on Saturday after having a fun brunch at my grandma's house. She is amazing! 91 and on the go! Sunday my nephews came to Cheyenne to take Tige to Denver. I hated to see him go. We had a great time and got hooked on Sudoku!

My 2006 goals, in order to keep a handle on this thing, are to walk more, do more yoga and meditation, learn to knit or crochet (anyone know how and want to teach me?!) and spend more time with friends and family. You are all so healing for me. Thank you.

Hugs,
chris

    Hi Chris,
    Teresa here from LCCC!
I know how to knit (but not so sure about my teaching skills).
I belong to a FUN knitting group though and we'd LOVE to have you join us.
There are a lot of people there that know how to knit better than me and also crochet. In fact, they are going to teach me how to crochet next time. Let me know!
I'm so sorry about your Uncle.
    Hang in there girl! Teresa
