Chemo #117 yesterday.
Had my favorite nurse and she got me some ideas to try for my painful feet and icky mouth taste. I am trying to avoid taking more drugs.
When I got home my friend Debbie came to give me my B-12 shot. Now I just wish I had an accupuncture appointment this week.
Already green, but did get out to walk this morning-so gorgeous out there!
I had an opportunity to speak to a UW Pharmacy class. I talk about my situation, assumptions about cancer and especially lung cancer, and about the person across the counter. They had wonderful questions and I think I got them thinking about how they will deal with the person, not just the drugs.
Just rambling and checking in...
Hope you all are having a lovely spring.
hugs,
chris

My heart aches for you. What can I do to ease the day?
