break!
Finally. I get to take a little chemo break.
I had chemo number 123 on the 22nd. Do not have to do it again until October 24th. After 8 years of tests, chemo, radiation, green, fatigue, and the piano dangling over my head...I AM READY!
To kick it off, Cathy and I escaped to a cabin west of Tie Siding...ahhhh. So beautiful and quiet. We talked about what I wanted to do with this time, ate great food, had cocktails overlooking the valley, coffee on the front porch of the old ranch house...
I am looking forward to feeling better, getting stronger.
As I told Des and Ben it is not so much a celebration, but a deep sigh of relief.
hugs,
chris

Hi Chris, Glad you are getting a break. I know you were disappointed this spring. Looking forward to seeing you at WLA.
